1. Nature of the Platform
The Platform provides analytical tools that scan newly launched tokens and on-chain activity within the Solana ecosystem. The Platform does not offer investment advice, execute trades, act as a broker or financial advisor, or guarantee the performance of any token. All analytics, scores, flags, and indicators are informational tools — not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
2. Eligibility
By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity to enter binding agreements, your use does not violate applicable law, and you are not subject to sanctions under applicable trade laws.
3. Wallet Connection & Authentication
Access to certain features requires connecting a compatible blockchain wallet. You authorize the Platform to read publicly available blockchain data associated with your wallet. We do not have access to your private keys or seed phrases. You are solely responsible for wallet security, safeguarding private credentials, and verifying transaction details before signing. We cannot reverse blockchain transactions or recover lost keys or funds.
4. No Financial Advice
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Token assessments are algorithmic evaluations based on observable on-chain data. Markets can move independently of those signals. You assume full responsibility for any trading or investment decisions made based on information obtained through the Platform.
5. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge the inherent risks of blockchain technology and digital assets including: extreme price volatility, liquidity collapse, smart contract vulnerabilities, rug pulls and malicious deployers, regulatory shifts, network outages, and front-running / MEV activity. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk. The Company shall not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect damages resulting from reliance on Platform analytics.
6. Platform Availability
We aim to maintain consistent uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may experience maintenance downtime, infrastructure failures, data delays, or third-party service interruptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software architecture, scoring systems, algorithms, analytics frameworks, visualizations, trademarks, and branding elements are the exclusive property of the Company. You may not copy proprietary analytics models, reverse engineer the Platform, scrape data at scale, redistribute structured outputs commercially, or create derivative tools based on internal scoring logic.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use automated bots to overload or scrape the Platform, attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls, interfere with security mechanisms, use the Platform for unlawful activities, misrepresent analytics as guaranteed outcomes, or resell access without authorization. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban users who violate these Terms.
9. Third-Party Integrations
The Platform may integrate with blockchain networks, wallet providers, data infrastructure services, and hosting providers. We do not control third-party systems and are not responsible for wallet software failures, blockchain protocol changes, node outages, or third-party data inaccuracies. Your use of external services is governed by their respective terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for direct or indirect financial losses, loss of digital assets, data inaccuracies, delays in analytics, system interruptions, or consequential or incidental damages. If liability is established, it shall not exceed the amount paid by you for access to the Platform in the preceding three months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its founders, operators, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable laws, or your trading decisions.
12. Regulatory Uncertainty
Digital asset regulation continues to evolve. We make no representations regarding the regulatory status of any token analyzed on the Platform. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with laws applicable to digital assets in your jurisdiction, including tax reporting obligations.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, restrict wallet addresses associated with abuse, and remove features or modify service scope. Termination does not affect accrued rights or liabilities.
14. Modifications to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
This Platform exists to provide structured intelligence within fast-moving token ecosystems. It is a tool, not a guarantee. It surfaces patterns, not certainty. Your decisions remain your responsibility.
By connecting your wallet and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these Terms.
